PERSONAL TRAINING
Although not previously stated, Greg also does personal training at his private gym, which has all top-of-the-line equipment plus many pieces fabricated by Greg of his own design.  Greg has also developed a new style of training combining three weight training principles called "The Repo System," which stands for Repetitive Enhanced Partial Overload System.  It was this style of training that Greg used to rebuild himself.  All phases of training are available, such as body building, fitness, power lifting and old-time strongmen.  Greg's training expertise is such that he has some students drive 2-3 hours to be trained by him.  One student from South Carolina flies in 5-6 times per year, and his farthest student is from Ireland.  Greg trains him through phone calls and videos.  Anyone can get a personal training certificate.  It can be done in one weekend of courses.  Wouldn't you rather be trained by someone with over 25 years of experience?  Remember, when the result matters, Greg will give you the desired result!  If you are interested in being trained by Greg, you can email him at gregatlas@comcast.net.
